Terms:
Once total payment received the order will start processing - all items are hand made.
Customs and Duty Taxes must be paid by customer upon arrival at destination country.
This is an additional payment and will not be covered by Devine Silverware.
Orders are made to order and can take up to two weeks before shipment - bulk orders can take longer - Devine Silverware will contact regarding updates on your order.
Cancellations of order - refunds of the total cost minus 40% will be refunded.
Refunds - Full refund if an item is faulty
No refunds on custom orders/made to order.
Please check sizes as they can not be refunded/changed if the order has been processed.
